Every visit ends with a story

Before he leaves, Santa gathers the children close and reads aloud. Your family chooses which story he brings:

'Twas the Night Before Christmas

The beloved classic, read in Santa's own warm voice — stockings, sugar-plums, and a wink up the chimney. A joyful, timeless close to the visit.

The Nativity — from the Gospel of Luke

For families who want the visit to point to the reason for the season: the story of the first Christmas night in Bethlehem, told reverently from Luke's Gospel.

That is why every Fargo Santa family may choose to end their visit with the Nativity story from the Gospel of Luke. No pressure, ever — only an open door for those who want Christmas to mean what it has always meant.

How does a home visit actually work?

Santa arrives in full traditional attire and makes his entrance — no half-costumes, no rushing. He greets each child by name, settles in to hear Christmas wishes and talk about good deeds, reads the story your family chose, poses for every photo you want, and leaves each home a little warmer than he found it. Plan on 30–45 minutes, paced to your children.

Can Santa deliver our gifts?

Yes — and it's magical. Have a gift or two per child ready, and the host can hand them off discreetly when Santa arrives. He'll place them in his own bag and present them personally, by name.

Is it really $125 — no extras?

One flat rate for the full visit, the story, and unlimited photos and videos on your own camera. No packages, no tiers, no photo fees. The one exception is Christmas Eve: it's the most requested night of the season and is priced separately — inquire early and Santa will share the details.

When should we book?

The earlier the better. December evenings — especially Christmas Eve and the two weekends before Christmas — fill first every year. If you have your heart set on a particular night, request it now; there is only one Fargo Santa.

Where does Santa travel?

Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, Horace, Dilworth, and the surrounding communities. A bit farther out? Ask — Santa has a sleigh, after all.

Is Santa available outside December?

He is. Christmas-in-July parties, photo sessions, and special occasions are welcome year-round.
